Can I do the whole process from Bogotá?
Yes. At our Chicó Plaza office we advise you and you can reserve your lot; we still recommend visiting the project before buying.
Do I need a bank loan?
No. Financing is provided directly by Construc Inmobiliaria: 30% down payment and the balance in fixed, interest-free installments (up to 24 months; 36 at El Diamante).
Do the lots come with a title deed?
In Las Palmas, La Florida and Santorini each lot has its own property registration, ready for the public deed in your name. For every project, an advisor explains the documents and deed timelines before you reserve your lot.
