Are Sendero del Sol houses furnished?
No. They are delivered unfurnished, with sheer and blackout curtains in the bedrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Furniture in the photos is for illustration.
Do I need a bank loan?
No. Financing is provided directly by Construc Inmobiliaria: 30% down payment and the balance in fixed, interest-free installments (up to 24 months; 36 at El Diamante).
Do the lots come with a title deed?
